hi, when i load the mtconfig file for different brokers, the stopout level changes (as would be expected). but my particular broker (armadamarkets) has 0 stop level yet the mtconfig file loads this value as 30. when i then change the value to 0, it drastically changes my backtest results. can you ex...

it seems the problem was the ea i was testing cos i eventually tried another ea and everything works fine now.

i've used tickstory for a couple of weeks with no issues.
but i've suddenly discovered that each time i restart mt4 platform, backtester doesn't work unless i re-download tickdata each time.
i moved my backtesting platform to fresh mt4 but problem still persists. can you help? thanks

pls help me explain, when backtesting an ea with news filter, would you download history data with DST adjusted or not? would it also depend on whether the calendar.txt file is already adjusted for DST?

Hi TS, I just sent you a futher enquiry and I wish to retrieve it. Reason is I just re-launched backtest and it seems to be working now.
