Yes the test was successful. - There windows updates all the time I don't track them. - As I said when I installed the software It worked just fine, so that means it is allowed in my firewall. Yes exactly it appears on both of my computers on which I have the same MT4 and Tickstory was working just fine until a couple of days ago..and is still not working.

Exporting data to MT4 not working (Cannot see export window)
So tickstory lite used to work just fine until I couple of days ago I launch the software rightclick on GBPUSD --> export to MT4 and nothing happens. I clicked it several times and nothing happened. I closed out the software launched it again nothing. Reinstalled it 2 time still not working.
