timefraem: m15
tickstory downloaded data: 2013-2023

issue: available data 2021-2023

on history center: database 65091 / 251399 records

i clicked download and refresh but nothing changed.

on multi timeframe strategies lets say 2 timeframes to make it simple. if H1 is signal timeframe and H4 is confirmation timeframe, do i need to download the data of all of them or one of them?

Hi Tickwaiting, if you want to disconnect from your broker, you can go to File -> Login to Account and type in an incorrect password and press ENTER. This will log you out. Hope this helps.
