I Downloaded the new version of tickstory. i did everything i normally do and when i got to the metatrader info tab under symbol properties when i go to "map to" i click and there is nothing there its all blank ?? please see screenshot and help. thanks

hi i have paid for this service but i do not see where i can download the new update from ? i checked my email and my spam/junk and there is nothing in there.

So how do I go from one broker to the other ? Let’s say I download data for one symbol on forex.com and then do the process again for Oanda with another symbol. How would I open both Oanda and forex.com ? Because if I click on launch mt4 it will only launch the last one I had downloaded to ?

Thanks that helps. What I did was I saw earlier that it was gmt +3 so I scrolled through your list and just selected Moscow as that was one of the 10 or so that had it as gmt+3. Is that ok or should I do it the way you did ?

Do I always have to launch from tickstory ? So every time I close and open my metatrader ?

When did you check it because I tried a couple hours ago and it said that I could not because the license was being used on two computers which it is not ?
