Can you please rename or delete any config files you see in any directories including the one you mentioned: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Tickstory\Tickstory Lite C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Ticks...

Re: how to create normal (not-tickdata) mt4-history?
The FXT files will not be created and you should also not need to launch MT4 via Tickstory as you are not using the FXT/tick data.
Regards.

Re: Possible Error FXT m30 for all pairs?
Hi Lukemp3,
Unfortunately we have not used this software so can't comment on what the problem may be. Maybe some other member who is familiar with this program can assist, although suffice to say that if there is a stack overflow error, this usually indicates there is a bug in the EA.

Re: Application error
Hi Norbertbti, It appears something is preventing the configuration information from being accessed properly. Can you please check the following: - Is .NET v3.5 SP1 installed correctly? - Is the Tickstory configuration file/folder accessible (the config file usually resides in C:\ProgramData\Ticksto...

Re: NO data for testing EURUSD H1
Hi Pisti, When 'Exporting to MT4', select the 'Metatrader Info' tab and in the 'Maps To' field for EURUSD, enter "EURUSDm" (without the quotes). This will export EURUSD data into the MT4 symbol "EURUSDm". You should then see this data in the History Center in MT4. If you do not, then something has b...

Re: Export in mt4 * commission changed when re-loaded
Hi Lukemp3,
Thanks for reporting this issue. We have identified the issue and as you have indicated, it relates specifically to the 'Commission Type' field when it is saved. The issue will be addressed in the next update of Tickstory.

Re: Not getting csv data
Hi Dkyle,
You are viewing the raw tick data files (*.bi5) instead of the CSV file you have exported. Note that in your export you have called the exported CSV file "test.csv" - this is the file that will contain the CSV data.
Regards.
