Hi Ninjaturtle,
These parameters are best explained in the MT4 manual:
http://docs.mql4.com/account/AccountStopoutMode
http://docs.mql4.com/account/AccountStopoutLevel
Hope this helps.

Re: How can I launch MT4 in command line?
Hi Jarl,
Have you managed to get 99.9% back-tests by following the 'normal' process? If so, it may be that replacing the FXT file in the Init() function doesn't work.
Thanks.

Re: another suggestion
Hi Gooly,
The launcher is compulsory if you wish to use tick data. Without it, MT4 simply generates test data from the 'history' (HST) data files which usually contain 1-minute data.
Hope this helps.

Re: Don't delete correct existing fxt when exporting
Hi Don, Not sure if it's possible to keep the same MT4 terminal offline and online at the same time. You can certainly do this by making another copy of the MT4 terminal folder. Regrding speed of back-testing, here is a topic that you can have further discussion on: http://www.tickstory.com/forum/vi...

Re: How can I launch MT4 in command line?
Hi Jarl, Thanks for your suggestion. At the moment Tickstory doesn't allow launching directly from the command-line. We are considering this as a future feature. The suggestion you made regarding copying the FXT file is a good one. Obviously it only applies to those users who have access to the EA c...

Re: How to change MT4 leverage in strategies tester
Hi Janko,
Leverage is a setting that is used by EAs to make various determinations about lot-size, etc. It doesn't at all affect the tick/pricing data.
Regards.

Re: MT4/tickstory/TDS
Hi Gabriele, I'm not sure if your issue has something to do with Windows 7 file virtualisation? The first thing to do is identify exactly when your files are deleted so you can hone-in on the culprit. Check the files just before shutdown/logout, then when you start up again, then when you start MT4 ...

Re: Real and historical graphs are different.. spread?
Hi Gooly, Re: your comments: 1) The spread is embedded by Tickstory during the export. It is whatever you specify in the "Metatrader Info" tab. The setting in MT4 is ignored. 2) Dukascopy data is in GMT and Tickstory performs the date shift from GMT into the time-zone you select in the 'Export' scre...
