Hi Support and Chat,
I don't know why but I can download or export all the data except the DAX and this the one I need more.
Can you check this out please?
Who has the same problem?
"Server busy or unavailable."
Thank you
Greg
WHERE IS THE DAX?
Re: WHERE IS THE DAX?
Hi DrTrader,
We've just tested access to DEUIDXEUR (DAX) and there is no issue. Firstly try the 'Test' button in File->Settings->Dukascopy Settings and please confirm the test is okay?
You may want to retry again on Monday as sometimes Dukascopy perform weekend maintenance.
Thanks.

Re: WHERE IS THE DAX?
Hi Support,
Thank you for ryou fast answer.
I runned the test and it was OK.
But when I try again this morning I have the same issue.
I'm trying to export data from 01/01/2007 to 31/12/2018.
I confirm everything is OK with pairs but all the indices don"t work.
Can I share you my desktop to show you?
Thank you
Greg

Re: WHERE IS THE DAX?
Hi Greg,
Could you please elaborate on why it "doesn't work"? Are you unable to export or test? If the latter, have you checked the Journal tab to see if there is any issue?
Also, please ensure that you have acquired your DAX settings using this method:
https://tickstory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=809
This will ensure that you have the correct settings for the DAX symbol (you should only need to do this once and then save your settings). Next, ensure you firstly test with a standard EA such as "Moving Average" to ensure that you are getting results.
Hope this helps.

Re: WHERE IS THE DAX?
Hi,
Indices don't work (DJ, DAX, CAC, ...) because I can't download them.
All the pairs are ok but not the indices.
I thought it was because there are not indices on FBS broker.
Please find in attached file the journal tab.
I will try your link.
Let me know if you think to something else.

Re: WHERE IS THE DAX?
Hi Greg,
Thanks for the further information. The reason why you are getting this error is because you are attempting to download data from an earlier date that what is available. Please check out this link for the earliest data available for each symbol:

Thanks.

Re: WHERE IS THE DAX?
Hello,
You are right It was only about the dates.
Thank you
Do you think you will find older tick data for indices?

Re: WHERE IS THE DAX?
Hi Greg,
The date ranges are currently what is available through Dukascopy. Sometimes they have back-filled some of their instruments to include earlier data, however this is not in our control.
If you know of other data sources that have the data you need, please let us know in the 'Suggestions' section of the forum and we can explore if we can integrate with them.
Thanks.
