Hello, I'm trying to download v1.9.5.9 for MT4 Build 1310, but my download link always downloads v1.9.5.7 and I can't launch MT4 anymore.

We generally don't send emails unless there's a major update. We usually make announcements via Facebook and Twitter and our forum.
Appreciate if you can keep tabs on our latest news in this way.
The "download link" mentioned is the same download link you were provided when you purchased the software. This link will always give you the latest version available to you based on your subscription.
