We can see that your order is currently in a pending state. If you have opted to paid by bank transfer, please note that banks usually take up to 3-4 business days to process a payment. Once the payment comes through, your license is immediately issued and an email is sent to you containing all your license details.

Your order appears to have been cancelled as your payment was never received. You may want to check with your bank/credit card company what has happened.

Please do request that your bank reverse the payment. We cannot see any confirmation on our side which means our ability to investigate further is limited. I am not sure what payment method you have used but credit card or PayPal is the best as confirmation is immediate once your bank approves the payment.
