Tickstory

Hi tickstory,

I have been using tickstory for over a year and no problem except today suddenly it is not working.
I tested very happy for the whole morning and suddenly (may be my elbow has touch some keyboard?) All testing return 0 tick events (0 bars, 456789 bar states) processed in 0:00.

I did installed the new version
i did launch Meta 4 from tickstory.
i did check the data history center with data.
I did check the path tickstory 4
I did login the demo account
. what else I dont know?

Hi Dennis,

Could you please try testing a generic EA such as "MACD Sample" and see if you get the same problem. Some other things to check:

- Make sure you get 99.9% modelling quality. If you are not, it means you will need to export your data correctly (see here for trouble-shooting).
- Make sure you haven't inadvertently set "begin" and "end" testing dates that are incorrect/the same.
- Check the Strategy Tester 'Journal' tab for any messages or errors that might help you.
