Hi,

i have bought a standard licence and i need one update now? did i have to buy one time subscription? i dont need 12 Month? how can i get one update wiithout buying again standard licence?

Hi Imbissbronko,

You can renew your subscription by going to the Help->About menu in Tickstory and clicking the "Renew" button. Once you have renewed your subscription, your usual download link will provide you with the latest version.

i have paid for subscription now..but how can i update now my tickstory? i dont receive any download link. And is it possible to deinstall tickstory and reinstall again? did i only need my licence code?

Thanks for updating your subscription. Your download link remains the same as when you first purchased. We have re-sent this email to you for your reference.

You can uninstall and re-install Tickstory if this is what you need to do (upgrading only requires you to install the new version). Your license key will remain the same as before.
