Hi Howiesun,

If you have an active subscription, please make sure you have downloaded the latest version of Tickstory from your download link. This will ensure you have the latest version in the event your MT4 has been automatically updated.

If you require further assistance, kindly provide the email address you used when purchasing so we can identify your license and subscription.

Thanks.

Hi Howsiesun,

Sorry if this wasn't clear but the likely cause of your N/A modelling may be a result of your MT4 automatically updating (other reasons are listed in our FAQ here). Therefore, the resolution to this is to update your Tickstory to the latest version that will support the most recent MT4.

If you have an active Support & Updates subscription, the update is just a matter of downloading the latest version via your download link. If you need to reactivate your subscription, you can do this via the Help->About->Renew option.

We could not find the email address you provided on our license records. As a result, we can't give you more personalized information until we have these details.

Hope this clarifies.

Hi Howiesun,

Thanks for the order reference you provided. FYI, your email is you used was a***w@gmail.com. If you need these details updated, please let us know.

Re: the launch issue, from what you have said, it sounds like you're using the latest v1.9.7.1 so there should be no issue with MT4 versions.

A common reason for the N/A not appearing is that the "Launch" button in Tickstory was not pressed. If this does not resolve your issue, kindly send us screenshots of the following so we can assist further:

1) The Tickstory "Export to MT4" settings you are using (including the "MT4 Settings" tab)
2) The MT4 Strategy Tester window (which shows the symbol name)
3) Your "MT4 Data Folder" FXT contents (go to File->Open data folder in Metatrader and then browse to tester/history and take a screenshot).
4) The 'Report' tab in the Strategy Tester (which shows the modelling quality).
5) The Strategy Tester "Journal" tab after you have completed a back-test.

Thanks.
