Hello.

I bought tickstory standard one year ago without monthly. subscription.
I've just taken 1 month subscription (17.95€) with same mail as my first order but I didn't get new download link and my link can only download 1.9.6 version.
Can you provide me some help please?

Hi Gdelemiere,

Your download link gives you the latest version available to you on your subscription, which expired in March 2021. To update your subscription, you can go to Help->About->Renew. Once you do, the most recent version will be available to you on the same download link.

Is there a simple way to unsubscribe from monthly subscription ?

Hi Guillaume,

Yes there is. When you start your subscription, you will be sent an email with a "Manage subscription" link. From this link you can cancel, change payment details etc on your subscription.
