Volume on Data

Hey all,
I just got into Tickstory. I downloaded some historical data, that looks like this:
Date Timestamp Open High Low Close Volume
20190102 09:00:00 10512.91 10513.91 10483.91 10492.21 0.305220005073352
My question now is, why is the Volume overall so low?
When i look up overall trading volumes for indices i get numbers in Million ranges.
Is this volume capped to Dukascopy or do they mean a different volume?
(The low Volume makes Backtesting on Volume-Strategies kind of "interesting")
