I had download (export to mt4) the indexdata but in MT4 is no Symbol for this Index.
what is wrong???

Tickstory does not create the symbol name in MT4 - you need to use a symbol that already exists in your broker terminal. If DAX doesn't exist, you will need to use another symbol available in MT4 as a suitable "proxy" instrument. You can read more about mapping a symbol such as DAX to another by referring to this post:
