I have this message "Export failed: Access denied.....". I have tried to change the path to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Tick data, but it still show the same message. Please help.

Hi Casey,
The access denied error is usually caused by not having sufficient Windows permissions to write to the specified folder location. As such, you can firstly test to see whether you have access by manually creating a file (for eg. right click in the folder in Windows and select New->Text Document) and see if it works. Alternatively, you can try running Tickstory as Administrator to temporarily work around the problem.
