Hi Fulltilt,
The terminal.exe is launched from the "Installation folder" that was specified in File->Settings-MT4. Also take note that you have specified the same data folder and the "/portable" switch in the command-line parameters. The 'Configuration' section in our manual describes the settings in more detail.
