[TICKLITE-26] Lot-step, max/min lot not correct in EA

TickstoryInfoExpert was incorrectly generating Lot Size, Min Lot and Max lot 100 times the broker's value. This issue also effects the "Generic 5 Digit broker" config file prodvided by Tickstory.

This problem will result in EAs reporting the "Order send 131" error when back-testing.

This will be addressed in the upcoming version.

Workaround for the moment is simply to edit the min & max lot size (usually 0.01 and 1000, respectively) and Lot Step which is usually 0.01. This can be done in the "Metatrader info" tab on the MT4 Export screen just prior to generating your exported database.
