i trying to upload the program and when i put the code to active it says to me there is an error... and to go to supporte...why is that?

If you could provide a screenshot of the error message you are getting (without revealing your license code), this would be helpful. Also, if you are trying to install it on a new machine, please let us know as you will need to disable any older licenses to keep under your activation limit of 2.
