Activation issue with VMs

Hi,

I bought TickStory on Januari 22 but today when I opened the program I got the error "You have exceeded the number of available activations for this license". I only activated Tickstory once on one machine. It's a virtual machine on Azure cloud on which I also run my trading software. I can't use the program now anymore after only a week!

What can I do about this?

Somehow after a reboot of my VM the warning has dissapeared again and TS works!

Hi Gdev,

Good to hear everything is fine now. Please note that each VM is considered as 1 activation of the software. You are permitted 2 activations in total per license. If you are only using it on the one machine, it may be that some changes have occurred on that machine that makes it appear like a new install. For some reason, your reboot seems to have addressed this but you may want to note any differences that may have occurred if this problem persists.
