"ManagementException" when running licensed version of Tickstory

I have this error code when i try to install the copy. can someone please help thank you.

This particular error ("ManagementException") is caused by a critical Windows feature called Windows Messaging Instrumentation ("WMI") being inaccessible or corrupt. Could you kindly try the suggestions outlined in this thread to see if this fixes the issue:
