Hi Art,

When you get "Cannot calculate prices" error, it usually means that your MT4 symbol settings are incorrect. Make sure you have gone to File->Export to MT4->Metatrader Info->Map To and select the correct symbol from your MT4 broker that you are referring/mapping to. This process of selection will automatically get the correct symbol settings and should resolve the error.
