can't post new topics or reply in New features & suggestions

I can't seem to post replies or create new threads in the New features and suggestions of this forum. Maybe I'm not seeing the post/reply buttons properly or did you modify my permissions there? I can post in the Issue/Bug tracking and the General Discussion forum but not in the New features and suggestions forum.
