Hi Sellcow,
Since you have an active subscription, you can get the latest version of Tickstory which supports this latest MT4 Build. Simply click on your download link to get the latest version and install. This should enable you to launch Build 1220.

good evening. I have a similar problem. a message appears that tickstory does not support MT4 build 1220. although downloading the latest version of tickstory (tickstory_setup_1.9.5.1.exe) by downloading a personal link. In addition, on the site in the description of version 1.9.5.1:

support for MT4 1220 is also not indicated. How to solve the problem?

Hi Iodo,
MT4 Build 1220 was released after Tickstory v1.9.5.1 and therefore there is no mention of it in the release notes. It still remains compatible with Build 1220, however.
If you are using this latest v1.9.5.1 (you can confirm in Help->About), then could you please work through this check-list to identify and resolve the issue:
