please enable the start of mt4 several times

Hi,
while the mt4 is already back-testing I wanted to start the mt4 via Tickstory a second (third, forth) time, as I have a cpu with 4 kernels.
But Tickstory brings the running mt4 in front.
This feature would be a great help to speed up back-testing!

Thanks for the suggestion. The revamped version of Tickstory will include a concept of multiple "databases" which should permit this by allowing you to set up multiple MT4 directories.

Please understand me correctly, I want to start the SAME program c:\..\myMetatrader\terminal.exe several times. This way I don't have to distribute all the history-files which can be for one pair around 1GB, to the various MT4-installations!!

At the moment if you have Birt's Tick Data Suite (TDS) installed then you can already do this. We have put an item to look at potentially adding this feature in the future.

Ok, I see it's from Feb. 12..

Actual my optimization is about to run 68 hours, three optimizations like this will take 8.5 days.

Instead of 8.5 day these three optis running parallel could have been done with in 2.5 days (4 kernel cpu) so three times faster (by this feature) means getting the results 1 week earlier!

Especially 'machine'-written EA aren't coded in a fast way.

I hope you understand the importance of this!
Please put this in the very next version!!
