Simultaneous optimisations
Good Morning, What is happening to me I do not know if it is MT4 or tickstory problem ... I have downloaded GBPJPY historical data with tickstory and I am doing some optimizations with checkpoints on two independent MT4 (from 2 different brokers) with GBPJPY, but when I start the optimization with a...

DAX 30 data
Hi friends, I have been downloading the historical data through the tickstory of the DAX30. My broker uses GMT + 2, according to this schedule the DAX should open at 9am and close at 11pm, however in the historical data downloaded (since January 2012) there is DAX data all the days (24 hours a day),...

Backtest using Control Points
Good Morning,
Sometimes I need to make optimizations using Control Points instead of every tick. How can I use tickstory data to backtest or optimize with Control points?
Regards

Export to MT4 DAX30 data
Hi friends,
I'd like to export DAX data to my MT4, but the name of this active in tickstory is DEUIDXEUR instead in my MT4 platform is GDAXI, for this reason my MT4 doesn´t recognize the historical files/data.
Anybody could help me?
Regards,
Josep

TICK TO TICK SIMULATION WITH METATRADER
Lately I've had some arguments with colleagues about if it's possible to make a tick to tick real backtest with metatrader (using Tickstory software). I think it's possible, but somebody say the minium temporary bit in metatrader is one minute and everything that happens below one minute is a simple...

Re: problem with release 1.7.3 and MT4 build 920
Hi guys, I think I have found what is happening. I tested the system with MT4 Roboforex (buld 920) and everything OK, 99.9% quality modelation and without errors. I think my problem is my Pepperstone MT4 has been updated (build 940). I supose I will have to wait for a new update tickstory... Thanks ...

Re: problem with release 1.7.3 and MT4 build 920
Good Morning, I tried what you propose to me and I didn't find nothing wrong. There are several things that I can not see clear: 1. First I tried the free version (lite) and then I bought the full version,I installed the full version from the link you sent me by e-mail. But The icon on the desktop a...

Re: problem with release 1.7.3 and MT4 build 920
Hi guys, Today I've bought your last version. I've downloaded EURUSD data but when i try to launch MT4 appear the attached window does it indicate any problem with the export data? On the other site, when i have a backtest with these data the modeling quality is "s/n" (insted of 99.9%) and...
