I'm having a problem exporting my results report, when I save the report it will only open as jumbled lines of code - exporting from my brokers MT4 works fine and when I use the test build MT4 without opening via Tickstory launcher it's also fine. It's the data file in the MT4 install that I use for testing that is showing the variation, but if there is a re-write each export then that explains the difference simply, by the way I really appreciate the response, enjoy your Sunday!

I actually have one related question on how much data is stored locally on my machine, each time I start up my computer I've noticed that the amount of save data on the drive I am using for testing is changing. After my first tickstory export there was about 600Gb but that is down now to about 200Gb...

Hi Jay, I had a similar issue and in the end I found a work around by creating a junction using the MLINK/J command. Your going to need to know the existing path to your MT4 data folder in C: 1) In windows explorer go to C:\Users\XYZ\AppData\Roaming and find your MT4 data folder Move the data folder...

Re-starting an interrupted export
Hi, I was exporting a lot of data to MT4, my machine had been running overnight but I forgot to plug the power back in this morning and it shut off. Can I pick back up from where I left of or I have to start over?
