As tickstory lite is a free version., if i upgrade to standard., will i get the tick data for platinum and palladium., cause i saw in the user manual home page that you guys get tick data from multiple sources., other than duckascopy.

i just tried download tick data from the date 02-01-2016 to 05-30-2016 for metals Platinum and Palladium, when i tried to extract the files to .csv all i get is 1KB .csv file., which means there is nothing being either Downloaded / Extracted please look into that.

But the CSV files the SQ tick down-loader gets me are variable spread files.!, And the the HST/FXT files that my script creates are also the variable, ones, so that mean Tickstory cant help with the given data set i have.?
