I got the email saying that i was entitled to upgrade my 1.8X version but no link.. and my tickstory when i press check for updates.. says that there are none?

I am using 1.8.5 and for the first time. i need to export some data to a file.. so that i can run it on Forextester2 No matter what pair.. what time frame etc...how many days of data.. it doesnt do anything as soon as i press go at the end of the process... i get the little red ( stop processing) bu...
