This file can be found in all standard folders and not in another folder of the other facilities MT4, including inside the folder MT4. I copied the folder where this file, worked the MT4, but I can't download the historical data.

Problem solved! It was just close the MT4 platform I am using with the Tickstory.

But what does it mean to "Stop lvl"? It's something that's at the bottom of this table. The links don't talk about it.

It is also important to have a version that works permanently or periodically update the tickstory. It's been months that I can not use it.
