Re: Couple of suggestions

Hi Tom, It appears you might be referring to the "Download" date selection screen in which case this item will be addressed. The other export dialogs should be correctly utilising your Windows settings. As for the wording of GMT, from what you're saying it appears that there are some other variables...

Re: Translations?

Hi Radu,

Many thanks for your offer to contribute. Yes - enabling multi-language is definitely in the pipeline in the next major update of Tickstory. Will make sure any Hungarian translations get vetted by you!

Kind regards.

Regarding the data download, the system will always check for the presence of the data on your local disk prior to attempting to retrieve data from the web. Therefore, the data ...

Re: Error message while configuring for MT4

Hi Fam Wue,

Unfortunately your screenshots did not come through. If you start a thread in the "Issues & bugs" section, you should be able to attach your screenshots. In addition, if you could tell us the error message you're getting, this would be helpful.

Thanks!

Re: Wrong bar open times

Hi radu,

Could you please outline the exact steps you are doing to get this result? This includes the symbol you are exporting, the date range and how you are viewing the exported data (CSV or MT4?).

Thanks.

Re: Mutiple start

Hi ALiebetrau,

At the moment the Tickstory launcher does not provide the ability to launch the MT4 terminal multiple times unless you have the Tick Data Suite installed (a third-party application).

Regards.

Re: Bid / Ask Volume

Hi rainman,

The volume is expressed in millions of units, so 0.75 represents a volume of 0.75 million. In the case of MT4 exports, the volume that is exported is a sum of both the bid and ask volumes.

Hope this helps.
