Hi FabyOne,

You are correct - there is a gap between 2015.01.16 and 2023.07.26. Presumably this pair wasn't trading during that time maybe due to lack of liquidity but has since resumed. We've updated our historical dates page to note this.

Hi Lucratioz, If you are getting this error on the odd occasion, you can ignore it as Tickstory will recover from it. If you cannot see any data in Tickstory's Data Inspector ( Tools -> Show Data ), then it could be that your internet provider/service/anti-virus/firewall is blocking Tickstory from a...

Hi Gsolomos,

The HST would go in the <MT4 Data folder>\history\<broker servername> and the FXT in the <MT4 Data folder>\tester\history folder. Please see the Quick MT4 Primer section in our manual for more details.

Viewing the data in Tickstory's Data Inspector shows that there is data for the period mentioned. As always, if you are having difficulty, please make sure you are using the latest version of the software which has been downloaded from our website only.

Hi Gsolomos, You should be able to do this provided that the symbol name is exactly the same in the other terminals. You will also need to make sure that you copy both the HST and FXT files, otherwise you will likely run into problems. Also make sure that the terminals are not running at the time of...
