MT4 operating version (MT4 Build 1369)

Hello!! Where can I find a version of MT4 that is supported by Tickstory? I currently have version 1367 and with it the results are n/a.

Hi Alextc,

Tickstory v1.9.7.4 supports MT4 Build 1367. If you haven't already got this version (check Help->About), then please download and install it using your original download link. Then, as usual, make sure you press the 'Launch' button in Tickstory to start MT4 and you should get 99.9% modelling quality (please run though our trouble-shooting FAQ if you still have problems as this should resolve it).

Thanks for the reply. I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled it, and nothing, it still gives n/a.

Ticksotry launches the MT4 but at the same time I get an error message saying the versions it supports (among which mine is not)

What could be the problem?

Hi Alextc,

If you are using Tickstory v1.9.7.4 and there is a launcher error, it should mention that it tried the launcher for MT Build 1367 in the error message.
Could you please confirm you are using Tickstory v1.9.7.4? And if you are still having issues, could you please give us a screenshot of the error you are seeing?

Yes, I confirm that the version I use is 1.9.7.4

Thanks, Alextc. The error message does mention Build 1367 which also confirms you are using the latest Tickstory version. Could you please manually start your MT4 and then press the 'Launch' button to see if that helps? Also, please confirm your MT4 Build number in Help->About and also that you are not running any other software that augments/uses MT4?

The version of MT4 that I have installed is 1369, sorry.

Where do I find the 1367? It's from Tickmill
