I am just a bit confused. Not quite sure. I have read through the forum for the answer to this topic but just to make sure.

What timezone should I choose for pepperstone?

Server time is set to GMT +3 while US daylight savings is in place
GMT+2 when the US is not under daylight savings; this allows for the daily candle to close at the end of trading in New York each day.

Currently I use the new york close. Is that correct?

I suspect this is the thread you are looking for The quick answer is that there's a time-zone called "New York Trading Hours" at the very top of the time-zone selection box.
