Commision Settings ?

Hello,

my broker charges 10 USD comission per 1 standard lot. How do I set this in TickStory ? I tried to set Comm Type = 2 and Comm Lots 10 but it seems to not work ..

Hi Beepsi,

With regard to commissions, Tickstory allows you to specify the "raw" values that are embedded into the Metatrader FXT which are as follows:

Comm type: The base commission type - either Money (set to 0), pips (1) or percent (2).
Base comm: The commission value - this is the amount of Money (if Comm type is 0) or Pips (if Comm type is 1).
Comm lots: The commission charge type - can be Commission per Lot (0) or Commission per deal (1).

So to specify a $15 lot, you would need to set the values:

Comm type = 0
Base comm = 10
Comm lots = 0
