Data XAUUSD in 24 Feb 2022 is not complete

Dear Tickhistory,
Test data very important to EA backtest, I bought license from Tickhistory, but why data of XAUUSD in 24.Feb.2022 is not enough. Data to 1AM skip to 19PM, there is not data from 2AM to 16PM !!!
Please reponse us about this.

Hi Tickehistoryuser,

We've checked the date you mentioned for XAUUSD and there is data for these times (see attached screenshot). Please check Tickstory's Tools->Data Inspector and you should be able to see the 1-minute data.
