Been checked the gmail inbox, and had your email notification about updating my email. Thank you for that.
I tried again to manage my order, (on https://tickstory.onfastspring.com/account) but then, same thing happened. It said that An email was sent with instructions for accessing your account. Checked my email, inbox, junk, trash..but still, nothing was found.
Any clue??It's weird, since I could receive email from you regarding updating my email, but I can't receive any instruction email from https://tickstory.onfastspring.com/account).

Hi Kumoro,
We have just resent your registration details via the same email service - can you please tell us if that made it through? If so, then it might mean that the other one is either being sent to Spam or outright rejected by Gmail for some reason. We are checking with Fastspring if they can test whether the latter is the case or not.

Yes, it was made through my inbox, from Tickstory Support, subject : Your Ticstory Standards File Download - Order TIC230122-43xx-601yy. Containing License Code and Link to download latest version of Ticstory.
Was that the email you sent??

Great - that's what was sent. So that made it through. We're still waiting on FastSpring to let us know if they can tell us anything about why the email isn't getting through. At this stage, the main suspect would be that Gmail is blocking it for some reason (or it's getting filtered by your mailbox).
