We've cleared your licenses, as requested. As long as the VPSs have been fully deleted, you should have no issues activating on the new machines.

I am using the software on 2 computer.
Now, I have to move one to a different computer as I no longer use the software on one computer.
Will you please keep the one with Support ID ends with 0481 and de-activate another.

Hi,
Want to move the installation from my office laptop to my new laptop. This is the 2nd installation. Already uninstalled Tickstory from my office laptop, installed it to my new laptop, tried to activate but no luck. It always says that I have exceeded my activation limit.
How can I solve this?Is it possible that you revoke both of my license first and then I activate it again one by one?
