Hello!
I purchased Tick Story Standard yesterday.
Despite following all steps I am still getting Modelling Quality N/A.
I have followed all the trouble shooting guides here: http://tickstory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=613
I have downgraded my MT4 terminal to 910.
I have reinstalled TickStory 1.7.4
I launch MT4 directly from TickStory
I read as part of the licence I get 1 month of "priority support". Am I missing something else?

Hi Lester,
Are you able to let us know the following so we can try assist:
1) Are you getting any error from Tickstory when you launch MT4 (by pressing F8)?
2) Could you please give us a screenshot of your Tickstory File->Settings->MT4 Settings and also of your main Tickstory screen.
3) Could you please confirm your MT4 Build by going to Help->About.
Note also that the latest version of Tickstory v1.7.4 now supports the latest build 950 (see here for some important notes on this: tickstory.com/articles/tickstory-v1-7-4-released/). It obviously should also work on Build 910, so let's try get this working first.

Must have been an issue with my computer. After restarting, It has now started working beautifully.
