Can not see data of M5 and M15 of USDJPY for 2013

Hi,

I exported data for M5 and M15 of USDJPY from 2013 but data for these time frames had from 2015 only. Could you please check (Time zone is New York trading hours) ?

Hi Dominic,

I assume you can't see the data in MT4? Where abouts are you checking? The charts or the History Center or both? Are you connected to your broker (this could potentially overwrite your data)? You can verify that Tickstory has this data by simply using the in-built charting function. This will at least confirm that the data exists and there are no connection problems (etc).

Hello Dom,

Right-click the symbol and select "Show chart...". Then select a short period and press the "Request" button and it will display the chart.
You can also "Show data..." if you want to see the specific data (in a chosen timeframe). This allows you to see the actual data that Tickstory has.
