Was trying to download data (stocks and commodities), requested 5 years with timestamp every 10 sec, didn't work, getting just parts of the data & getting errors when I'm opening the files.
Please refund me, it doesn't work as expected..

Could you kindly send a screenshot of what you are seeing so we can assist you, please? If you are getting an error opening a file, it is likely that you are opening the incorrect file. We are confident that we can assist you with the issue you are having if you can provide us with additional details.
FYI, we have a video which demonstrates how to export data here). In particular, please note that you should specify a full path including folder and filename (eg. c:\users\yourname\documents\EURUSD.csv). Once the export is complete, this file will exist in the designated directory and you should be able to view it in Excel or a text editor (note that the application will need to support large data files!)
