Tickstory

I'm a paid user of Tickstory and been using it for a few months with no problem. But now something's happened and the history that is in MT4 seems limited to about 2048 bars. So when I view the History Center I have 2048 D1 bars, 2057 H4 bars, 2053 H1 bars, etc. I checked the file size and they're about 1gig. I can see much more data being exported from Tickstory and I can see from the timestamp that I'm looking at the right FXT files.

I cannot figure out what is going on !

Hi Rjay,

When you view a chart are you seeing the same limited amount of information? Do you have a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Have you connected to your broker at all? If you have, it is likely that MT4 has tried to download historical charts directly from your broker, overwriting Tickstory information. If this has occurred, you will need to log-out from MT4 and re-export your data.
