Hi Support team,

I purchased Tickstory back in Jan 2016, but I have never received any email on new version update since then.
I've checked my spam folder but I don't see it as well.
As such I am still stuck at v1.7.3.
Could you please email me the download link to download the latest v1.8.1?

Hi Dave,

You may want to check your email spam folder just in case our update ended up there. We resent you a copy of the correspondence you were sent. Please note that you can download up to v1.7.5 from your original download link you were sent when you purchased. v1.7.5 supports up to MT4 Build 950. The latest version v1.8.1 supports Builds 970/971

Hi Szabolcs,

Since you've already got v1.8, all you need to do is check the email that you received after you placed your last order for v1.8. In this email was your new license key and a download link for v1.8. If you click on that download link again, you will get the latest version.

original download link lead me to download version 1.7.5 which is not avaible for download
