My service provider is tickmill
I have read the help file, excuse my bad english.
Please download tickmill MT4 software administrator
According tickmill the MT4 software to tell us.

Hello 3302424,
Regarding Tickmill, it appears the answers to your questions are as follows:
1) Time-zone appears to be "New York" timezone which you can find at the top of the time-zone selection list. See
https://tickmill.com/accounts/types/ecn-pro/.
2) We used the method described here to find your MT4 Settings:
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=809. The settings for the Demo account are:
Base Comm: 0.04
Comm type: 2 (Percent)
Comm lots: 0 (Per lot)
We encourage all users to double-checking their settings using the above-mentioned method to make sure all is correct before commencing a back-test.

Comm type: The base commission type - either Money (set to 0), pips (1) or percent (2). ???????

Sorry, you are correct - there was a typo in the description which has been corrected above. The comm type is actually "Percent", not Money. The values mentioned were all transcribed correctly, however.
If the commission for your account has been stated differently, please perform the steps mentioned to generate your settings. It is quite likely there are differences in commissions between various accounts.
