I m downloading the history but i dont know what time must i choose, the broker time? My local time?

Regarding your question: You should typically select the time-zone of your broker. This will ensure the data is in the same time-zone as your broker and therefore all your EA settings do not need to be changed when you go-live. There is a section specifically dedicated to the topic of Timezones in the manual if you require further information.
