Shortage of data after .FXT converting

Hi Tickstory
Now, I am using newest Tickstory Lite version but I have problem with .FXT data.
After converting raw data to .FXT data, I backtested but the result was jumped from Jun.2010 to Jan.2013. Data is missed from Jul.2010 to Dec.2012 (Please, see attachment). Missing data rage is different with each Symbol.
I converted data as your guidance.
+ Step 1: Download: raw data from Jan.2010 to June.2013
+ Step2: Export to MT4: Convert to .FXT from Jan.2010 to June.2013 (with true Metatrader Info setting)
+ Step3: Launch MT4 to backtest

Could you advise me what's problem and how to fixed?

Best regards
TideBackup

Hi Tidebackup - unfortunately it's hard to tell from the screenshot whether the data range is missing or whether your EA has only decided to trade during these periods.
Could you please check the MT4 History Center and firstly establish whether the dates you mention exist? If so, the next step would be trying to export some CSV tick data of the missing range - does it produce any output?

Thanks.

Hi Tidebackup,

From your screenshot it appears you are trying to download the data for the current trading day. Dukascopy does not make the current day's data available until the next day.
Please adjust your date range accordingly and you will not see this error message.

Hope this helps.
