What is the difference between converted m1 m5 m15 h1 h4... FXT times ? because the size of the files are the same

Hi Kiwimango,

The content of the FXT files are exactly the same in terms of the market data, the only thing that differs is the header which describes the time-frame.

pls help me explain, when backtesting an ea with news filter, would you download history data with DST adjusted or not? would it also depend on whether the calendar.txt file is already adjusted for DST?

Hi Ninjaturtle,

That's right. You'd need to choose the matching time-frame for your calendar.
