I'm using version 1924

When I click on "tools" on Tickstory, and "launch MT4" I get the following

I have a paid license and this forum was the only support offered, yet no response. Is there somewhere else to reach support?

You will need to check your MT4 version to make sure it hasn't automatically updated. If you have the same terminal that you used back when you purchased the software in 2018, this should of course work.

Please note we provide and support and updates based on your chosen subscription plan. As part of having an active subscription, you will receive priority replies and also the latest version of the software which will work with the most recent version of MT4.
