I want to update my data from 20221128 till now by the csv file but H have faced with this error
Time Message it does not go download the data
11-02-2023 09:27 The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\User\Documents\XAUUSD.csv' because it is being used by another process.
i dont use the software for several month and i don't know how disable another process would you help me how to solve it Thank you

Hi Ticktock,

The error is saying that you have the named file open in another program. Please check this is the case - have you opened it in a program like Notepad, Excel or the like? If so, Windows will prevent Tickstory from overwriting the file until all these other programs are closed and no longer using the file.

If you can't find the program that has the file opened you can try rebooting your machine and this should fix the problem.
