Why data quality (Modelling quality) is n/a

Dear Team,
I bought your data, but why after backtest,i see that Modeling quality is n/a ?

Hi Tickehistoryuser,

A common reason for n/a to be displayed is that you haven't pressed the "Launch MT4" button in Tickstory. If that doesn't help, could you please check this question in our FAQ for the steps to trouble-shoot this issue?
